Players have fourteen days from the close of the competition to claim their prize. Prizes are linked to the email address of the winning players. Prizes may only be claimed by typing in the correct email address that Free Play Casino Games has linked to each prize. All other name and address details are also required.

A successful prize claim via the form below is NOT a confirmation from Free Play Casino Games that the claim is a valid one. All prize claims are subject to verification by Free Play Casino Games.

For each prize you have won you should have received an email with a Prize Claim Code. You will need to quote these codes to claim your prizes. If you do not wish to claim a particular prize at this time, simply leave the Claim Code box blank for that prize.
